UK Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. All orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment is received. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Delivery Times
Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Our usual handling time is 1-2 days. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays beyond our control.

Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free shipping — details will be shown at checkout.

Local Collection
You can choose free local collection at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with collection details and instructions. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to collect your order.

Order Issues
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
